Fidelis Private Brokerage arranged a 1st Trust Deed loan of $600,000 on the Pasadena, CA single-family residence investment property or 18% LTV. The subject loan was a conventional refinance, thirty-year fixed-rate loan.
(The subject loan was not funded by Fidelis Private Fund, but instead arranged by Fidelis Private Brokerage acting as the broker on the transaction).
