There are four general partners: John Lloyd, Chad Ruyle, Jon Maddux, and Sam Attisha. John Lloyd manages the Fund as President & CEO. All four general partners are limited partners in the Fund. The limited partners provide the source of funding for the loans.

Fidelis Private Fund, LP is a California Limited Partnership. The co-founders of the Fund are John Lloyd, Chad Ruyle, and John Maddux, who are all general partners. Sam Attisha subsequently became a general partner in 2020.
