The subject loan was a conventional long-term permanent 30-year fixed-rate loan with at 30-year amortization in the 3% interest rate range. (Fidelis funded the initial bridge loan and was paid off with a permanent loan arranged by Cornerstone Commercial Mortgage acting as the broker on the transaction)
