An existing client requested the assistance of Fidelis to arrange a long-term permanent loan to pay off a private money loan with another lender on a single-family Investment property.
Fidelis Private Fund arranged a 1st Trust Deed permanent loan for $753,250 or 40% LTV. The subject loan paid off the short-term bridge loan.
The subject loan was a conventional, long-term, 30-year fixed-rate loan with a 30-year amortization in the 2% interest rate range. (The permanent subject loan was not funded by Fidelis, but arranged by Cornerstone Commercial Mortgage acting as the broker on the transaction)
