They required immediate liquidity for an unrelated project and needed to access $200,000 quickly. Despite the pending sale of the property, Fidelis structured a $200,000 first trust deed bridge loan secured by the commercial asset. The conservative 21% loan-to-value (LTV) ratio made the transaction low-risk.
